Eat Healthy.

Take Deep Breaths.
Low oxygen levels in the blood have been shown to decrease brain function. By breathing deeply through the nose you can improve the functioning of your brain immediately. Deep breaths put more oxygen in the blood and, therefore, in the brain.

Stay Positive.
Sometimes, the only way to learn where your personal strengths and limits lie is to make a mistake. How do you know how far you can push yourself until you push yourself just a little too far? he says.
